Shipping policy

We are delighted to offer next day shipping and 60 day returns on all orders placed directly on Omnitau.co.uk.

All orders placed before 9am are processed and dispatched the same working day. Order placed after 9am are processed the next working day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. 

There is no minimum order and every order placed on this website will be shipped with next day delivery as standard.

Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery fee of £4.95. Orders of £50 or over are delivered free of charge.

Please note, while we will use a next day delivery service, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on any order due to potential carrier delays which are beyond our control, and thus time is never the essence of the contract when trading with us. While we will always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, our carriers occasionally experience delays in delivering your parcel which are beyond our control. Orders may be shipped by the following carriers:

DPD
This service offers full tracking and a 1 hour predict window of when your package will be delivered, as well as options for collection from a pickup shop, or for the package to be left in a secure location of your choice. For more information, please see the DPD website or contact us.

DPD are our primary carrier for orders placed with Omnitau.co.uk.

Royal Mail

Omnitau sometimes ship small packages using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or 48 service.

Both services come with fully in-flight tracking, including delivery window notification on day of delivery.
