This is the ideal way of getting in touch with us for all general queries regarding an existing order, a delivery, or a product you are interested in. We aim to reply within 3 business hours.

Our customer service team can be contacted Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.
If you wish to contact us via telephone we can be contacted on 0843 490 2094.

Please note calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Calls are not charged by us (we have a zero service fee), but your phone provider may choose to implement an access charge, as they may for any call, depending on your contract with them. We have no control over this and the access charge is retained entirely by your phone provider if levied. For more information please get in touch with them.
