No, every Omnitau garment can be cared for at home. You shouldn't take any product, including our jackets, for dry cleaning.

Place your order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we will process and ship it to you that day on a next day service. Orders are shipped using a next day service to all UK addresses. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send an email to let you know it's on the way. You'll then get a message from our shipping provider with tracking information and a delivery window so you can so you can always see where your order is.

Most customers use our AI sizing tool to get the right size straight away. In the rare cases where you need to make a swap, we ask that you return your original size for a refund, then order your alternative size online.
