Omnitau is a new manufacturing venture, producing premium sportswear and active wear for our brand Omnitau and for third party clients. Our clothing is made from sustainable materials, organic cotton and recycled polyester and where possible is made in our UK factory.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our friendly team as a commercial team assistant, providing operational support to the CEO and the COO, and taking responsibility for implementation of specific tasks within projects. The role will be multifaceted and offer great variety, with different challenges and problems to grapple with from one week to the next.

We’re looking for candidates with a friendly, positive mindset who are keen to contribute to and take responsibility within an exciting and growing team at Omnitau.

Examples of work that would be tasked to the commercial team assistant would include working on launching new product ranges, implementing new customer service solutions, and collating data & reports to support strategic decision making among the senior leadership team.

The role is envisaged as being primarily office based at one of our sites either Willand, Devon or Wellington, Somerset. For the right candidate Omnitau is open to candidates who would work from our London office or remotely. Regardless of the regular operating locale, the role will require the successful candidate to work with team members based across multiple sites.

Qualifications and Experience

In order to be successful within this role, candidates will need a good grasp of the Microsoft office suite, with particular focus on Excel. To ascertain this, we may ask candidates who visit us for an interview to undergo a brief skills assessment.

This role does not require any specific A Level or Degree courses in order for candidates to be considered. Candidates with good results in disciplines which demonstrate attention to detail, understanding of concepts, and the strong retention of information, such as history, mathematics, sciences, and economics, will be looked upon extremely favourably. There is no requirement for any experience of the fashion, manufacturing, or garment industries.

Job type: Full time permanent with flexible working options

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

Salary: £24960 per annum (part time working available, salary offered will be pro rata ex annum)

Leave: 28 days paid leave at fulltime (part time paid leave will be pro rata ex annum)
